The Booking Process: Photos and Video

CONSULT
After you complete the contact form on the contact page, our first step is to get to know you and learn what you have in mind. We'll send you our packages via email and set up a consultation to chat more. Whether it's in person, via video call, or through email - we're here to make it easy and stress-free. During the consultation, we can discuss your needs and help you choose the right package for your shoot and or special day.

RESERVATION
Once you have selected a package, let’s lock the date. We’ll send over a contract for you to sign and request a deposit to guarantee your date.

PLANNING
As soon as you have officially booked the date with us, we will work closely with you to ensure you get the best possible production. For Event and weddings, we’ll further send you a questionnaire to get all the necessary information and go over the timelines.

THE DAY
Yeah!, The day is here. You can relax and enjoy the day knowing that we are going to be there to capture everything that is important to you. For other shoots, when we meet up in the location of the shoot, we will have a quick chat while I set up my camera to get to touch things up.

DELIVERY
Events and Weddings: Soon after the day, I will send over a sneak peek gallery filled with all the highlights from the day. You will receive all edited photos and video within 6-8 business weeks. Portraits: Within 48 hours after the shoot, you will receive a link to the gallery of all the photos taken for you to choose your favourite from. The Photos and Videos will be ready in 1 to 2 business weeks. Other shoot: Turnover time will be discussed during consultation, depending on the volume of deliverables.
